System(s) Affected: All Exchange Services will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during the upgrade. This includes Exchange, OCS, Sharepoint, Blackberry, and ActiveSync for domains: EXCH020.
Expected Impact: We are performing a firmware upgrade on the storage array that services your Exchange domain. All Services will be offline during the upgrade to ensure data integrity.
Action required: No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the upgrade. No data or inbound messages will be lost during this time, they will be stored on our mail relay servers until they can be delivered to your mailbox.
